The Cross Town team of Chance and Richard did a superb job with our move. Extremely professional, highly efficient and obviously very skilled at dealing with challenges like ours: moving a heavy Murphy bed up a flight of stairs with a ninety-degree turn on a narrow landing at the top. No problem. Our furniture was respected - no damage - and placed precisely per our instructions. When our dining room table was found to have a loose leg, they tightened it up and checked the other three in the bargain. Summing up: excellent performance by a highly competent crew at a very fair price. Way to go, Chance and Richard!

The team really did a great job. I'd moved a lot of boxes ahead of the move and let them know they would only need two people (instead of four) to move the bigger stuff. I figured the cost would go down by 20-30%, but it came in much lower than that. Nakia and another team member were very careful and quick to get everything done as I asked. I was very happy.

We had amazing support and ingenuity from Cascade and everyone got to hear about/ see this incredible job they did for us.
We had a double sink vanity with a granite top to put into our bathroom. With sharp corners to turn. From outside unwrapping the granite top double sink vanity, up 5 steps spread out and through sharp corners and hallway Cascade patiently worked together, thoughtfully and carefully completed the job in less than hour. Looking forward to have their help again!

Ted and Hunter showed up right on time and were ready to work. They did a fantastic job moving heavy items out of our POD and garage and into our house. We needed several heavy items taken upstairs like a weight machine, elliptical and king size mattresses. They did everything with care and forethought on what next needed to be done. They also moved a large fridge for us that barely fit through the front door and they did it without scratching or damaging anything. I will use this service again.
